This grant from the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS) supports a project to prepare graduate students in deaf education or speech-language pathology to work with young children who are deaf and/or hard of hearing and their families, facilitating the development of listening and spoken language. This project also offers a mentorship component for students to successfully transition into professional positions.
