Description
The world's largest inland steamer, the S.S. Admiral, is a familiar and popular feature of the famed St. Louis riverfront. The vessel is a "must" for all St. Louis visitors as it makes daily and nightly excursions down the scenic Mississippi River. The Admiral, five decks high, features dancing, dining, and recreation. The music of its steam calliope lends a festive air to the riverfront in the summer months. It has a capacity of 4000 persons, and it moors at the famous Gateway Arch.
