About the Playwright

William Gibson, who was born in New York City in 1914, and who now lives in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, with his wife and two sons, has written four plays which have been produced in New York. Dinny and the Witches, Two For The Seesaw, The Miracle Worker, and A Cry Of Players. He has also written a novel, The Cobweb; a volume of poetry, Winter Crook; a theatre chronicle, The Seesaw Log; and a family chronicle, A Mass For The Dead.
