Description

This piece was performed at the inauguration of Fontbonne College's 13th president, Dr. Dennis C. Golden. Dr. Golden was president from 1995-2014, and was the first male president of Fontbonne. Fontbonne Vice President Alan E. Adams commissioned the score from Robert Washburn, then Dean Emeritus of the Crane School of Music at the State University of New York at Potsdam.

For 2 herald trumpets, 2 B♭ trumpets, horn in F, trombone, tuba, timpani and percussion.
