Family from Sarajevo and Zepa, Born in St. Louis to parents who fled from Bosnia during the war, Earliest memories are of going to Affton area pools and enjoying those days, Family was forced to flee Bosnia and come to the United States, Visited Bosnia 4 times in order to participate in the Mars Mira which honors the victims of genocide, Describes Bosnia as a country that has good food and friendly people but very few opportunities for education and employment, Belives that Bosnians in the United States are hardworking, Respectful to others and are general accepted by Americans, His home is different as no shoes are allowed, The smells of cooking food is different and the general feeling is different from his American friends, Mother is a stay at home mom who takes care of everything for the home while father works as a truck driver for his own company he founded, Plans to begin workings soon as either a dispatcher for his families company or somewhere else.
