Abstract
Diets have been developed as a treatment for diseases which, heretofore, were unable to obtain any type of relief. Among these diets, the high protein diet seems to be one of the most valuable. The chief problem encountered when planning a high protein diet is not only to play meals which are high in protein content but also meals which are palatable.
