Abstract
The following paper analyzes the needs of a mommy track program in the corporate system. Initially, I will discuss the historical family and how it has gone through a tremendous change over the past century. I will also discuss the importance of this change with regards to the implementation of a mommy track program.
The second thrust of this paper examines the mommy track program itself and discusses some of the different mommy track programs offered to companies.
The last area of study focuses on whether a mommy track program is the way to go or not. Arguments for and against a mommy track program will be discussed.
