Abstract
St. Peters is a community on Dardenne Creek in St. Charles County, Missouri. The community has grown very rapidly over the last 194 years and this growth has created a need for expansion of the City of St. Peters, the areas surrounding St. Peters, and the institutions and organizations located within St. Peters.
For one organization in particular, the Catholic Church, this growth has meant the establishment of new parishes, the building of new churches and schools, and a need to develop some tools for long range planning.
