Abstract
Identifying the organizational problems and opportunities particular to the utilization of female managers/executives required this author to accept the concept of an organization's culture.
Chapter two discusses this concept and provides the basis for identifying the opportunities and problems in an organization's utilization of female managers.
The procedure developed in chapter three for identifying the opportunities and problems in an organization's culture was used to organized and present the data.
In chapter four illustrative tables give the reader a visual view of the cultural dimension, cultural determinant, nature of problem or opportunity and the situation causing the organizational opportunity or problem.
The research concludes with plans for reducing the impact of these problems on the employees' motivation and productivity.
