Abstract
This thesis will research the different part of the franchising business industry in accordance with the management system, operation, marketing, financial and their specific functions.
There are several major steps in the franchising business. The franchising business will be discussed based on franchisors, franchises, and investors.
The management system is the major role in the franchise business. Depending on the internal and external management, the franchise could be either a "Success" or "bankruptcy" of the company.
The franchise industry is very competitive. Several of these competitive businesses are fast food, auto services, cleaning services, personnel services, and others.
