Abstract
The presented thesis will demonstrate how multinational corporations can increase their foreign source income by applying the source of income and the title of passage rules. It is important that corporations examine international taxation rules of all sources of income from the sale of inventory property. Knowledge and understanding of these rules will keep multinational corporations competitive in the international market. The complexity of the law governing the sale of inventory and determining the place of when the title passes for inventory will be a source of debate for years to come. Congress will look to gain additional revenues from these sources of income as foreign trade increases. Farsighted multinational corporations will seize the planning benefits ahead.
