Abstract

Mathematics is one of those areas in which specialization takes place. Too often a "brainy" connotation is associated with Mathematics. Therefore, the feeling of many is that one must really be intelligent to even be interested in the field. The purpose of this thesis is to show that Mathematics can be interesting for almost anyone. Line problems and mazes can be found in the forms of games and puzzles which measure mental reasoning. Most people have tried their hand at these types of puzzles unaware that their reasoning power was being challenged.
