Description

Social Justice is everywhere. Sometimes, we teach courses that directly address social justice issues, but perhaps more often we teach subject matter that was taught to us as if it is separate from justice-related concerns. How can we identify the ways our course content intersects with social justice issues? And how can we build our own expertise so we can bring these intersections to light in our classes?

Dr. Williamson's presentation will be followed by guided inquiry and discussion and is intended to generate practical ideas for teaching and professional development. .
